This is the second time I have used David Andrew and in particular Ash. He has been superb through the process both times. I wanted to move out of my flat earlier due to personal circumstance, Ash made sure that they found a new tenant and allowed me to move into another property all within the space of a month. I'm sure this wasn't easy to arrange but Ash kept me in the loop throughout and ensured it all went smoothly. I was introduced to David Andrews in Jan 2000 when I was looking for an agent to handle the rental of my 3 bedroom flat in Kentish Town. I had already had 2 quotes regarding this property, DA offered a substantially higher rent and a very reasonable agent’s fee. From 2000 until Sept. 2015 my property has been rented every month except for about a 5 week period. In Sept 2015 I asked DA to look into the selling of my property. He came back after giving me an approximate valuation. After giving him the go ahead to sell, I had 2 offers within the first week and the flat went for above asking price. DA put me in touch with a solicitor and the whole process was handled expediently and professionally. I would have no hesitation in recommending DA to anyone looking to rent or sell.

Philip was extremely helpful and efficient, he ensured we received the best possible rental income for the property whilst letting it quickly to a professional couple. We were impressed with the pictures and advertising details, the flat is relatively small although pictures were done so well it didn't look like it which I'm sure attracted more prospective tenants. Philip also arranged for us to furnish the property and even put the order on David Andrew's account to save us setting up an account and then deducted the funds from the deposit and rent in advance we received from the tenants. He also arranged the epc. The fees charged for finding the tenants were relatively low especially for the service we received. Would highly recommend landlords to use Philip and David Andrew to let their property.
